Lea Michele is prepping the release of her debut album
Louder which was preceded by the first single '
Cannonball'. Although not initially satisfied, I've come to love 'Cannonball' and I think it's a solid song. However, Lea has just released 'Battlefield' as a promo single single which will be available when the album goes up for pre-order on iTunes. The new song is much more in line with what I was thinking Lea was going to release. The song is a piano-driven ballad and allows Lea's gorgeous vocals to take center stage and her Broadway training comes in to play as the emotion in her voice permeates the record. It's a powerful song, and is far superior to 'Cannonball'. With the two songs we've heard so far I am anxiously anticipating the release of
